Seller communication from the start was seamless and set expectations that two packages would arrive. Shipment time took about five days. Shipment arrived undamaged. Watched video for instructions on how to assemble (not difficult, took about 25 minutes solo). Leather feels like aniline (I sprung the extra few hundred for it).
