Exclusions:

- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, scuffs, discoloration, or changes in leather texture.
- Damage caused by pets, such as claw marks or bites.
- Damage caused by environmental factors, such as exposure to sunlight, heat, or humidity.
- Upholstery or fabric issues unrelated to manufacturing defects.
- Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect functionality.
Claim Process:
- Provide proof of purchase and clear photos of the defect.
- Submit your claim through our customer service email or website contact form.
- For valid claims, we will repair or replace the defective component at no charge. If repair or replacement is not feasible, we may offer a partial refund.
- Shipping costs for repairs or replacements after the first year are the responsibility of the customer.
