Comparison between the Ultra version and the low-end version.

The Ultra Premium version uses imported birch wood from the Siberian Plateau in Russia. This birch grows slowly in a consistently cold environment, resulting in fewer knots and more uniform grain. The pressed wood shell is thus more attractive and has a higher load-bearing capacity, making it resistant to deformation and cracking. Our wood shell is pressed with 8 layers of veneer, whereas even the original HM company product is made with only 7 layers of compressed board.

The top part is our Ultra Premium version, and the bottom part is the low-end version. The low-end versions on the market, priced around $1,000, typically fall into this category. Although these two versions of the chair look the same on the outside, each specific component is different. The raw materials for the compressed veneer are different; the low-end version uses eucalyptus wood from Southeast Asia, which is not as strong and attractive as Russian birch. The connection methods are also different: the low-end version uses Velcro, while the Ultra version uses steel clips, maintaining a double-sided finish consistent with the original. The backing materials differ as well; the high-end version uses silicone with no chemical components, whereas the low-end version uses the cheapest non-woven fabric, resulting in significant differences in durability and environmental friendliness.

The right side is our Ultra Premium version, and the left side is the low-end version. The low-end versions on the market, typically priced around $1,000, usually fall into this category. Their raw materials are different; the low-end version uses eucalyptus wood from Southeast Asia, which has more knots and is heavier. In contrast, the Ultra Premium version has a thinner, sturdier wood shell with fewer knots and a uniform, naturally attractive color. Additionally, our Ultra Premium version is made with 8 layers of compressed veneer, while almost all other sellers, including HM company, use only 7 layers.

The Ultra Premium version uses whole hides imported from Italy and features full grain aniline leather. In contrast, products priced below $1,000 use top grain leather. Additionally, some sellers, aiming for lower costs, offer replicas priced between $600-800 on large e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Wayfair. These replicas use "genuine leather," which is made from smaller scraps of leather that are cut and reprocessed with chemical adhesives. This type of leather is prone to cracking and has a strong odor. Therefore, our Ultra Premium version uses the most luxurious Italian leather and is priced accordingly.

About product warranty — Our Imus lounge chair comes with a five-year warranty. The warranty covers the breakage of the chair's metal hardware and the cracking of wooden components. Scratches and pet damage on the leather from normal use are not covered by the warranty.

Assembly is simple. We provide clear and detailed assembly videos and instructions. If you encounter any issues during the assembly process, please contact us, and we will respond within 3 hours. You can refer to the video at the following link: https://youtu.be/KoQpdLysGs4, Assembly Tips: When assembling the armrests, first install the screws closest to the chair's backrest. Tighten them halfway before installing the screws at the front. This allows for some adjustment space between the two screws. When assembling the chair's metal base, there are a total of four screws. The first three screws should be kept slightly loose to allow the base to move freely. Once all four screws are inserted into the nuts, tighten them all completely. It's best to have two people assemble the chair together for faster and easier assembly. Avoid using electric tools for tightening screws, as their high torque can easily strip the screws. Use the provided T-shaped hex key instead.

Our chair comes in two separate packages, shipped from California and New Jersey. The arrival times of the two packages may not coincide, with a time difference of 1-3 days. Our outer packaging boxes have undergone rigorous testing, including drop tests, and our package damage rate during transportation is only 0.5%. The chair has five layers of protection. If you need to return the product, you must retain the original packaging and protective layers. Without the original packaging, the chair will undoubtedly be damaged when we receive it.

Many customers have commented that our chair's packaging is bulletproof level. It takes twenty minutes just to open the box and take out all the parts. Our hardware is securely fixed inside the box with custom foam, ensuring that they do not move or shift, and arrive in perfect condition.

I bought the A+ Taller Ultra Premium version (Model: YKWH01) with their vintage HALO leather from the UK. The build quality is fantastic, and the leather is top notch. The leather is a deep brown like a coffee bean color. Looking at pictures of used Herman Miller Eames Lounge chair cushions for sale on Ebay, I will say that the CurverK craftsmanship on the leather stitching and on the armrests is on par if not superior to Herman Miller's craftsmanship. I didn't have any issues with assembly. All of the bolts fit perfectly. I'm 5'08" so I was on the fence about buying the taller version or the standard height version. The standard height version might have been a better option for my height. If I slouch a little instead of sitting perfectly straight up, my shoulders fall into the area between the backrest and the headrest. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase as I am sure you would be if you bought one as well.

Three. Stars because I like the chair, but assembly was made difficult by imprecision. Eventually the third professional to work on it was able to realign the screws and screw holes for left armrest. So add $195 to the cost in order to have shoddy workmanship repaired by a carpenter.
But, like I said, I like the chair. It’s comfortable. it’s what I was looking for.

I recently purchased this Eames Lounge Chair replica, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the quality and comfort it offers. The aniline leather upholstery is incredibly soft and luxurious, making it a real pleasure to relax in.

As a 6'3", 250 lbs person, I was initially concerned about the chair's sturdiness and whether it would be comfortable for me. To my delight, the chair is incredibly sturdy, and I've been enjoying lounging in it for at least an hour each day, reading my favorite books. It's quickly become my go-to spot for relaxation.

There is a minor issue I encountered with the chair - the headrest doesn't provide sufficient support for my head. If you didn't already know, this is a reproduction of the iconic Eames Lounge Chair designed by the dynamic duo of Charles and Ray-Bernice Eames for the renowned Herman Miller furniture company in 1956.

I must reiterate that the leather used on this reproduction is top-notch, full-aniline leather - simply exquisite. The woodgrain on this chair is also incredibly beautiful. It has become the centerpiece of my "hardcore MCM" home redesign, and I am absolutely thrilled with its quality and structure, which truly pays homage to the original. As a larger guy myself (standing at 6 feet tall and weighing around 240 pounds), I find it incredibly comfortable to sit in, and it feels as sturdy as sturdy gets. Assembly wasn't difficult either, and the close tolerances of the arms make it a bit of a muscle exercise, but it's well worth it. I can't recommend this reproduction highly enough.

I was searching for a comfortable chair, i had a traditional leather recliner and it was not comfortable. My son said get a real Eames chair, my daughter said there is no way you are spending $5000 plus on a chair! So I began my search for a premium copy! I found the curverk.com website and decided on a tall, black leather and walnut chair. It was on sale, shipped FAST! I live in a small town on the coast and it still arrived fast, early in fact, two boxes, one on Saturday and the other Sunday. Very well packaged, double boxed, parts bagged. I assembled it by myself in about.20 minutes. The instructions could be better (which way do the armrests go?) I watched the short video as well. Anyway it is everything I hoped for, beautiful, comfortable and stylish. I highly recommend.

Beautiful reproduction, outstanding leather and wood work. Assembly was a bit challenging with the arm pieces and the the metal spiders for the bottoms of both the ottoman and the chair didn't quite match-up with the screw inserts on the wood components. These weren't show stoppers as they worked OK after a couple of tries. I am very happy with this beautiful set in gorgeous white leather and wood. I'll give it 4 out of 5 stars, the metal mismatch doesn't show on either piece and has no impact on functionality, but CurverK has room for improvement to get this product up to 5 stars, still I love this repro Eames set. If you're in the market for a high-quality chair but have a limited budget, then the Imus lounge chair might be a solid option. Despite the lower price tag, I ain't finding no trade-off in quality. I'm pleasantly surprised by how buttery soft the leather is and the fresh leather scent it emits. I reckoned the wood grain might be the area where it lacks quality, but I was dead wrong. There ain't no shortage of quality and luxury in this chair. I snagged the tall version and I'm pleased since my fiancé is taller than me and the price difference is negligible. The only downside I can find is that this chair is a beast to assemble. You need two folks 'cause this thing is HEAVY, and you need someone to help balance it while you're screwing in some of the parts. Yet, its weight only adds to its overall phenomenal quality. In conclusion, if you're in the hunt for a high-quality, reasonably priced chair, then CurverK Eames chair replica is definitely worth considering.

Bracket holes are not completely aligned. This causes the bracket paint to crack a bit when you screw them together. Since is underneath the chair, therefore, it is no visible.

I expected a longer ship time and two different delivery dates, but was pleasantly surprised when both parcels were delivered on the same day five days after the order was placed. All pieces of the chair are well constructed, finished beautifully and relatively easy to assemble. The newness of the materials in the upholstery make the chair a bit stiff initially, but I’m confident that the chair will continue to become more comfortable over time. Overall, I am very pleased with the product quality, fit and finish and customer service.

Love the chair. It was not as easy to put to together as some indicated and I love putting things together. The arms were the hard part and holding the back to get it connected (we are not young) was not easy for us. The video would be more helpful if in english. All that aside, I would have given it 5 stars until I received my credit card statement and had a foreign transaction fee on it of over $50.00. When I called my bank they said the payment went through Paypal. I do not use Paypal. I put my card number in so it would not go to Paypal, checked to see the address was Queens, NY and the chair was shipped from California! As far as I know they are both still in the U.S.A. and should not be charging foreign transaction fees. The chair is beautiful, well made and great quality. Too bad they had Paypal on the site.

I ordered two of the taller version, milk white, Palisander Imus Sim- PW10. I love them, they are beautiful and so comfortable and very well made. They look gorgeous in my family room. I liked them so much, that ordered a third chair, standard size, in Ivory, for another room. They came well packed and boxed. And, I watched a youtube video for quick and easy assembly. I got great customer service, very attentive. I have already gotten rave reviews and compliments from guests to our home!

I received my Curverk Lounge Chair two days ago. I bought the A+ Taller Ultra Premium Version Imus lounge chair WB03A+ - Taller version.
I must say, they are definitely on the ball with continually keeping you updated on shipping and delivery. I had to have someone put it together for me but it was very straightforward and the included instructions were good but the video made it even easier! It looks fantastic and is definitely high quality! The foam in the cushions are a little hard but I'm hoping that they will soften up with use. Thank you Kai for all your help!

I've wanted an Eames chair for a long time, but was never able to justify the price of the original. This chair, however, is absolutely perfect in quality and fit for the price. Actually, it far exceeded my expectations for it's price point. I'm 6' so I got the tall version and the headrest is exactly where it should be. It's a beautiful, high quality chair and extremely comfortable. Assembly is pretty straightforward. I put it together by myself in about 30-45 minutes. I bought this accidentally with google search, find price, free shipping and fast delivery amazing and orders, Surprisingly well packed chair was received in 5 days
Packing was excellent no mess packaging. Chair is nice for its price though installation manual can be better, i still dont know what to do with Plier and one piece.
Overall chair is worth the price paid as it comes with ottoman as well so that makes it excellent price.
