It is extremely comfortable with a 35-50 high-density all-in-one original spray cotton and premium open-cell foam gracing the interior of the seat, backrest, and armrest. Top-grain Leather = the uppermost layer of the hide. Period.
Top grain refers to the composition of the hide. Some people equate top grain leather with corrected grain leather. This is not correct. Top grain simply refers to the uppermost, top layer of the hide. It is the most desirable layer for leather. Why? Because the fibers of the uppermost layer of the hide are the densest, providing the strongest durability. As you move down to the lower layers of the hide, the fibers are less compact, thereby providing a less durable fiber structure. Some companies use the lower layers of the hide to make less durable products such as suede, bi-cast leather, and bonded leather.
Nappa Full-grain Leather= top-grain leather that has the natural grain intact.
Yes, you read that right. All full-grain leather is top-grain. However, not all top grain leather is full-grain. How can that be? Full-grain leather means that the natural surface of the hide is not given a grain print. In order for the natural surface to be unaltered, it has to come from the uppermost layer of the hide, which is the top grain. Full-grain leather tends to be more expensive because none of the natural markings or imperfections are covered up. Therefore, higher quality rawhides are required.

From the wood panel of the chair(broken and fractured) to the aluminum base (Fractured) and the Legs of the chair (deformed or broken). Our warranty does not cover scratches on the leather and wood shell of the chair caused by frequent use. Our warranty is for five years!

Here’s why: This chair is gorgeous! The leather, the wood! All spot on. I know the real EAMES pretty well, but haven’t touched or seen a real one in a minute or two. Only a couple days after our CurverK arrived, we went to a huge mid-century sale. I knew that EAMES would be represented there - ALL VINTAGE! Anyway, after knowing the quality of my Curver; I was pleased to have ZERO second thoughts about reproduction versus the original. The leather quality (and all other aspects) on the CurverK is sooo much better in my opinion. I will surely come back for everything that CurverK offers now that i took the plunge and found out first hand!

I've wanted an Eames chair most of my adult life, but the original Herman Miller version – now nearly $10,000 at Design Within Reach – was out of my budget. I ordered the A+ Taller Ultra Premium Version Imus lounge chair in Palisander and black leather. It arrived in less than a week. I went with CurverK because of all the great reviews. I'll add mine to the list. The chair is simply outstanding. I'm 6' and the taller version was the right choice. The fit and finish is indistinguishable from the original. The wood veneer and the leather are very high quality. The assembly instructions were clear and concise. The video also helped. Took me about 90 minutes with only a little help from my wife attaching the seat back to the seat. It looks and feels so good in my home, I wish I'd ordered it sooner. Don't wait any longer. Buy this chair.
The chair was simple to unpack and build alone. Materials are great, exactly as advertised, no funny business. It's durable and it should be easy to maintain; I think this is going to last me a very long time. It looks visually good from every angle. I had no problems, no imperfections, no marks. I don't know if cheaper replica chairs are anywhere near as good as this, or if this chair is as good as the original it replicates, but I can forget about all of that because this chair is just obviously good and there's no need for comparison.
