What I love most about this chair is that it has become a favorite spot for my whole family. My kids love to sit in it and swing back and forth while I relax nearby. Putting the frame together was a breeze, although we did run into some trouble when it came to attaching the last two bolts that connect the top and bottom plates of the chair. Fortunately, we were able to use a C clamp to line everything up and get the bolts in, but it definitely took some effort. I would recommend having two people on hand to assemble the chair, as some of the frame pieces are quite heavy and awkward to maneuver.
When my chair arrived, I was disappointed to find that two key parts were missing. But I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service I received when I reached out to the company. They responded to my email within hours and had a replacement shipped out to me that same day. I've ordered a lot of things online over the years, and I can honestly say that their customer service is some of the best I've ever experienced.
Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase and would definitely order from this company again. Not only does the chair look great, but it's also incredibly comfortable. The two-seater size is perfect for snuggling up with a loved one or just stretching out on your own. I really appreciate the beige color as it makes the chair look more high-end, especially with the darker bronze stand. The only downside is that I wish the cushion was a little thicker. It looks fairly full and thick, which is a plus, but I could use a bit more cushioning for extra comfort.
Assembling the chair was a bit of a challenge, but it was definitely worth the effort. I plan on painting the silver industrial chains a beige metallic tone to add some extra style. Overall, we are extremely happy with our purchase and would highly recommend the double-seater hanging egg chair to anyone in doubt. It's so comfortable and stylish, and the wooden box it comes in with metal closures is definitely a great touch. Just be sure to have a helper on hand when assembling! It's a great buy!
